Summit Sports Recovery uses an Impact Cryotherapy Sauna, made in the USA. Our treatments last up to 3 minutes and can reach temperatures of -120 degrees. Don’t worry though, there will be someone with you the entire time talking you through the treatment and you can pause the temperature or stop the treatment at any time. Our friendly team will provide you with booties, gloves and a robe.

How will it feel?
You will feel a dry cold. Temperatures can reach -120 degrees. Don’t worry, there will be someone with you at all times. You can pause or stop treatment at anytime. Most people find it a lot more pleasant than an ice bath.
How many treatments do I need for it to be effective?
Many people feel relief after one treatment. However, for ongoing results we recommend at least one treatment per week.
